We want everyone to be able to use our website easily and to shop with confidence, whatever their abilities or the device they use. This statement explains what we do to keep our site accessible and how to reach us if you have any difficulty.

1Our commitment

We are committed to making our website accessible and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. These are the internationally recognised standards for making web content easier to use for people with a range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor and cognitive impairments.

We aim to build our site so that it works for as many people as possible. This includes:

3Adjusting your own settings

You can often make browsing more comfortable using the tools built into your device and browser. These let you change text size, colours and contrast, zoom in on pages and use screen reading or voice control software. The website My Computer My Way from AbilityNet has free step by step guides for adjusting these settings.

4Areas we are still working on

We know that some parts of our site may not yet be fully accessible, and parts provided by third parties, such as payment pages, are not always within our control. We are continually working to improve and we treat accessibility as an ongoing job rather than a one off task.
