Modern Slavery Statement
Last updated: 4 June 2026
Ava Noir, a trading name of The Amexa Group, is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business dealings. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking in any part of our business or our supply chain.
This statement is published voluntarily and sets out the steps we take to make sure that slavery, forced labour and human trafficking have no place in our operations or the businesses we work with.
1Our business
We are an online retailer selling adult products to customers in the United Kingdom. Our supply chain includes the manufacturers and wholesalers who produce and supply the products we sell, along with the providers who support our website, payments and delivery.
2Our commitment
We expect every supplier and partner we work with to share our values and to comply with all applicable laws, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We will not knowingly work with any business that uses forced labour, child labour or any other form of slavery or human trafficking.
3Steps we take
- We choose suppliers who operate to recognised ethical and labour standards and we favour established, reputable manufacturers.
- We are prepared to ask suppliers about their own labour practices and to seek assurances where we have any concern.
- We keep our supplier relationships under review and will stop working with any business where we find evidence of modern slavery.
- We encourage our team and anyone we work with to raise concerns about any suspected slavery or trafficking.
4Responsibility and review
Responsibility for this statement sits with the directors of The Amexa Group. We will review and update it as our business grows and as our supply chain develops.
