This page sets out where we deliver, the options available, what they cost and how long they take. Every order is sent in plain, unbranded packaging, as explained on our Discreet Packaging page.

1Where we deliver

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom only. You can choose home delivery or collection from a local pick up point at checkout. We do not currently deliver outside the UK.

2Delivery options and costs

The options and prices below apply at checkout. The exact cost and any free delivery threshold will be confirmed in your basket before you pay.

3Order cut off and dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Delivery times shown above are estimates from the point of dispatch and are not guaranteed. We will always do our best to meet them.

4Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched we will email you a confirmation. Where a tracked service is used this will include a tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel. Any delivery notifications are discreet and do not reveal what you have ordered.

5Missed or failed delivery

If you are not in when the courier calls they will follow their standard process, which may include leaving the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, or leaving a card so you can rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was not collected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further delivery charge may apply.

Please make sure the delivery address you give us is correct and complete. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address.

6When the goods become yours

The goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us, or to your chosen collection point. You own the goods once we have received payment in full.

7Problems with your delivery

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@amexagroup.co.uk and we will look into it straight away. For returns and refunds please see our Returns and Refunds page.
